Personalized Sessions

In session I implement techniques of massage, zero balancing, acupressure and breathwork; tailored to your individual needs. Each session different. Wellness coaching may be added to achieve personal goals. However it looks, I am here to support and guide, in a safe and confidential space. A space to support your personal awareness, growth, and healing.

My primary focus is working with women who desire a deeper connection within themselves, while making healthy choices. We will uncover what health means to you currently and the why, when, and how to create a lifestyle that feels satisfying to YOUR body-mind-spirit.

We work together to empower your best nature. Bodywork helps to remove blocked energy. Coaching guides you to make meaningful changes while creating sustainable shifts to achieve goals. Creating a healthy flow, one can find strength within body/mind/spirit.
