Meet Your Health Coach


My formal education consists of a B.A. at Wheaton College, Massage Therapy certification, a Masters degree in Acupuncture, and a Health and Wellness Coach Certification from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have had many opportunities to enhance my profession in workshops, receiving certifications and building degrees. Yet, most important to me is sharing this knowledge as a wellness professional, passionate about advocating the benefits of natural health, and conscious living. It fulfills me guiding and supporting clients to calm their mind, ground their body, and connect their spirit. 

My formal experience as a wellness professional began in 1999 as a therapeutic massage therapist on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts. Soon I transitioned to owning and operating a massage practice in Central Massachusetts. Highly trained in my field, I relocated to the beautiful island of Martha’s Vineyard where my work in acupuncture and bodywork focused on a diverse clientele seeking my experience as a wellness professional. Additionally, I have practiced my skills and profession through travels and explorations in several US states, mainly Massachusetts and most recently Houston, Texas.

My Beliefs


I believe we each have all that we need to heal ourselves. The mind, body, and spirit are connected. Our best state of health may be attained with our ever changing awareness to our needs and circumstances with endurance and patience and our willingness to listen to what those needs are. 

It is when we embrace positive change and make our health and well-being a priority that we experience our natural rhythm and gratitude for the beauty and blessings in all things and ourselves. When we have this gratitude and awareness we are better able to function at our personal highest good.

I enjoy being physically active and being in nature, reading, doing yoga, eating healthy, and connecting with friends.  Each day I feel and work, in the gratitude of where I am today.
